The people who work at Ukonlinepharmas will do everything they can to meet your needs and make sure you’re happy with the products we offer. You will get your money back if we can’t meet certain requirements, as explained in the terms and conditions below.

  • Sending us an email with a picture of your damaged package is required to confirm.
  • As soon as this is confirmed, we will start the refund process.

Please note that we can change our return policy if the following conditions are met:

  • People can get their money back if the product is missing, broken, poor quality, or the wrong product.
  • Customers can only get a refund if they ask for it within a week of the goods being sent to their account.

After the investigation is over, a decision will be made about whether the customer can get the refund or not. The person must tell us about the drug and return it within this time frame. Given that all the conditions are met, a reimbursement will be given.

It’s important to remember that the refund amount will be set after the processing fees, shipping costs on both ends, and pills that were taken have been taken into account.

Your order’s specifics will determine the way you can return it. In case you get your refund on a credit card, debit card, or through Net Banking, you have to wait ten to fifteen business days for the money to be added to your account. You will see the credit in your account within the given number of business days.

If something goes wrong while the reimbursement process is going on, we’re sorry for any trouble this may cause. We are not in charge of or responsible for the bank’s delay. The bank is the only cause of the delay you can expect. The money will be sent right away to the bank account you registered, even if you choose to pay cash for the item when it arrives.
